Take your reflexology practice to the next level!

As a professional reflexologist, you've honed your reflexology and business skills.

But have you developed the third essential skill set for the success of your practice —

therapeutic communication that supports your clients’ healing journey and supports your

clients to address the source of their stress and health challenges?

Without this skill set, even the best intentions can unintentionally hinder progress for your

clients - and hence, your practice. For example, if you propose what you believe is an

excellent solution to a clients problem - that does not resonate with the client. The client

may not feel comfortable to express their disagreement, but, feel not heard and

understood and consequently, choose to not return.

This course focuses on equipping you with the tools to create a safe and healing

environment for your clients so that they do feel appreciated, respected and understood -

and, thereby become loyal clients who refer others to you. In addition, for those clients

who are receptive, your therapeutic communication skill can support them to

discover the source of their stress or health challenges . . . and move to resolve them.

Through a blend of energy management, knowledge of emotions, active listening, and

holistic principles, you will enhance your ability to support your clients effectively and

elevate your practice.

What You Will Learn

1. Energy Management Skills

• Establish techniques to manage your energy and maintain focus, balance, and

  centeredness.

• Cultivate a calm, grounded and centred presence that fosters trust and safety in client

  interactions.

• Incorporate energy management as a brief daily practice and a tool for on-the-spot

  realignment to maintain your composure and be present for your clients.

2. Active Listening Skills

• Understand the core principles of active listening and how to truly hear your client.

• Recognize and interpret verbal and non-verbal cues for deeper client communication.

• Mirror your clients’ expressions to ensure they feel heard, while building empathy and

  compassion.

• Apply these skills to help clients address the sources of stress and health challenges,

  benefiting their healing process.

• In addition, these skills will enhance your relationships in all aspects of your life.

3. Complementary Course Components

This program also includes components that deepen your understanding of:

• The Mind-Body Connection: Explore how this relationship supports healing for you and

  your clients.

• Emotional Insights: Learn to compassionately address emotions in your practice.

• Holistic Principles: Discover the historical and practical applications of holism in

  reflexology.

Stress Management Techniques: Gain specialized tools to help clients feel safe during

acute stress and enhance their capacity to heal and rejuvenate.

4. Plus, a Commitment to Practice

To fully develop your skills, you’ll dedicate 15–20 minutes daily to practicing the techniques

learned in class. These small, consistent efforts will solidify your abilities and transform your

reflexology practice.

There is no practicum or homework assignments following the instruction.

Eligible students will receive a Certifcate of Attendance.
