Each of our courses is very specific in its content and objective. Consequently, students are not required to commit for more than they clearly want. In other words, students have the flexibility to move forward at their own pace and, add to their knowledge base as and when they choose.

If you are a member of an association, all of our courses are recognised for continuing education credits by the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC), the Reflexology Association of British Columbia (RABC), the Atlantic Canada Association of Reflexology Therapists (ACART) and the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHP). ARCB members can also apply for credits in advance.

BASIC HOLISTIC CERTIFICATE WEEKEND COURSES
Our basic courses efficiently take you through a process of learning how to effectively apply reflexology techniques and become competent in the practice of reflexology. The techniques taught in our courses are the internationally recognized finger and thumb walking techniques as presented in most reflexology books.
The practicum component supports you to become confident in your ability to practice reflexology.
The home study assignment provides a succinct presentation of human anatomy & physiology that brings more depth to your reflexology practice.
These basic courses are taught in person as it is not possible to adequately monitor your correct application of the techniques online.

Comprehensive Ear Reflexology Certification – 75-Hour Weekend Intensive
Ear Reflexology, sometimes referred to as Auricular Therapy, is a powerful therapeutic modality. While Ear Reflexology focuses on touch techniques, Auricular Therapy often involves needles and requires acupuncture credentials. This course is dedicated exclusively to touch-based ear reflexology, empowering participants with safe and effective techniques to support their clients wellness.
ADVANCED HOLISTIC REFLEXOLOGY TRAINING COURSES
Our advanced training courses provide an opportunity for you to move your practice of reflexology forward to a professional level, whether you want to practice reflexology as a professional or not. Attendance at a Basic Course or equivalent is required for attendance. With participants already trained in the use of basic reflexology techniques, the Professional Skills and Clinical Skills courses are offered online approximately every six months - alternating with each other.
Advanced Reflexology: Professional Skills Certificate Weekend Course
This comprehensive 70-hour course is delivered in a convenient weekend-only format, combining 20 hours of live online instruction, 20 hours of practicum, and 30 hours of assignments. Enrolment is limited to 14 participants to ensure personalized supervision and support throughout the learning process. Participants receive a complete set of course notes to guide and enhance their studies.
The prerequisite for this course is the completion of a basic course in foot, hand, or ear reflexology and basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
Advanced Reflexology: Clinical Skills Certificate Weekend Course
This comprehensive 60-hour course is offered exclusively in a weekend online format and includes:
20 hours of online instruction to build your foundational and advanced knowledge.
30 hours of practicum for hands-on skill and documentation development.
10 hours of home study to deepen your understanding and broaden your expertise.
Enrolment is limited to 20 participants to ensure personalized supervision and support throughout the learning process. Each participant receives a complete set of detailed course notes to guide their studies and practice.
The pre-requisite for the course is attendance at a basic course in foot or hand reflexology that includes basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and, a practicum.
Advanced Reflexology: Training to Create a Safe Healing Space
